“When you love what you do then you never feel like you’re working a day in your life”. Mondai has worked continually with some aspects of homes and building design since 1994 when she graduated from Tennessee with both architectural and interior design degrees. She has worked at top corporate design companies for 13 years, starting as an intern while in college. She began her 2nd career in real estate in 2004 and became “Rookie of the Year 2005” for best office production in her first year as a Realtor.
Mondai has maintained the Multi-million Dollar Producer Award and ranks within the top 1.5% of AZ Realtors by loving what she does. She has used her background of project management and focus on customer service to successfully help buyers, sellers, and investors with all their real estate needs. As an investor of several long-term rentals, she has the experience to guide clients with making the best investment decisions based on their individual goals. With her design background and home staging experience, she’s able to prepare homes prior to going on the market to receive the most return for her clients as possible. She also has an extensive knowledge of new home sales and the home building process. Mondai strives to provide each client with a five-star real estate experience throughout the home buying or selling process.
Mondai specializes in luxury homes, new homes, move-ups, downsizing, 1st time home purchases, relocations and investments.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Mondai has served in several leadership positions at church since 2007 and enjoys serving within her community. She’s happily married to Linn Adair, who is a new home sales consultant with Fulton Homes. She has a son and grandson, who are her greatest love.
