Last month, we asked everyone living in Power Ranch to help us settle the sweetest debate in town: which of the two new ice cream spots is your favorite, Peterson’s Ice Cream or Stella’s Ice Cream?
Thanks to all of you who voted and got involved in the fun (and yes, the contest). We loved seeing which way people leaned, classic flavors? homemade treats? big cones?

We love supporting local businesses, especially ones that bring something new and tasty to the neighborhood. Both Peterson’s and Stella’s have been making waves lately:
- Stella’s Ice Cream is known for its small-batch, homemade vibe, everything from scratch, including cookies, brownies, floats, and more.
- Peterson’s Ice Cream offers a more classic ice cream parlor experience, with a big flavor selection. Their newer location adds convenience for folks in South Gilbert.
