Summer is in full swing here in Gilbert, and while the Arizona heat has definitely arrived, it’s been wonderful getting back into the rhythm of family, community events, and helping clients find the perfect place to call home.
My family recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Nashville to celebrate my daughter Elise’s 21st birthday. From incredible live music to amazing food, it was a trip we’ll never forget. It was also a great reminder of how important it is to step away, make memories, and spend quality time with the people you love.
Now that we’re home, it’s back to pool days, iced coffee, and serving the incredible residents of Power Ranch and the surrounding Gilbert community.

Last June, the average home sold for $628,444, with prices ranging from $338,000 to $960,000. While average prices have adjusted year over year, well-priced homes continue to attract buyers, and sellers who prepare their homes properly are still seeing strong results.
