Mondai is a very professional agent. She worked very hard to find us the home that was right for us. Mondai is very conscious and respectful while showing a client's home, pointing out good qualities of the home and making sure doors are locked and lights left as they were found. Heidi stuck by our side through the rollercoaster ride that was our Summer House Hunting experience. She truly went above and beyond to keep our hopes up when the first two homes didn't work out - and kept us informed, calm, and optimistic through the closing of our dream home. She made sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable, and aware of where we were at in the process - and her team was friendly and easy to work with. She showed up the day of our move with coffee and donuts for our friends, and treated us to a housewarming gift - and even thought to include our pups!
