Either way, these deeply personal motivations fuel their drive.

3. Laser-Focused on One Core Strength

Finally, Abrams stressed that highly successful agents aren’t spread thin. Instead, they are hyper-focused on one core skill, expertise, or specialization with relentless consistency. That singular focus gives them clarity and direction, powering their success.
